Payment(s)
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent of the final amount is needed to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two-weeks prior to the date of the event.
The method of payment(s) by the client to Ravishing Skyie Events shall only be made only by:
1. Credit/Debit Card via PAYPAL (processing fees will apply)
2. Wire money transfers via Cash App or Zelle
3. Business Checks (for the deposit payment only, unless paying in full) Please note: Personal and cashier's checks will not be accepted.
Staff Safety
Altercations cause by any of the clients guest(s) at any time during the event will result in an immediate termination.
Travel
Ravishing Skyie Events offers services outside of the five boroughs of New York City. The client will be responsible for all associated travel fees.
All fees associated with traveling must be paid in full; along with the required deposit payment to secure the services of “Ravishing Skyie Events”. Traveling fees are non-refundable. Hotel fees can also be included in travel depending on location.
Certificate of Liability Insurance
Ravishing Skyie Events will provide a General Certificate of Liability if required.
Cancellations
The client may terminate the services at any time and must notify Ravishing Skyie Events by email or notification by phone.
Event Images and Video
Photographs and videos for purposes of promoting Ravishing Skyie Events. Content may appear on Ravishing Skyie Events website, social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram)and other platforms deemed fit by Ravishing Skyie Events.
